Group housing companies have upgraded their systems to tighten the tolerances of sub trade manufacture to meet tightening of building codes.

• These products are supplied with an adjustable bracket with a 40-70mm adjustment (they are Powder coated to match pipe)
• The cost to install from a plumber is normally $25-$40 to install a downpipe taking in travel time.
• When the variables are controlled, these pipes require four screws and a pop rivet to connect to the outlet and take under 10 minutes per pipe.
