Aluminium Pipes

Aluminium pipes in 80mm round form are either supplied in single piece with two adjustable brackets (Adjustment 40-70mm) or in a two piece form.

The single piece pipe is installed by screwing it to the wall with four screws through the brackets and a poprivet through the pipe to the outlet. Average time for installation 15 minutes per pipe.

The two piece pipe (Universal) requires an additional cut across the soffit to size it to the gap. Once sized it is joined to the wall section with sealant and a pop rivet. Average time for installation 20 Minutes per pipe.

Plastic & Color - steel

These pipes are supplied with pipe in a tube, joiners for the corners and brackets.

They require the installer to cut an appropriate length of the pipe from the tube for the fascia, soffit and wall dimensions. They then require the installer to use glue or a sealant to join the pieces together. In the color - steel option, they also require the use of rivets for strength.

Four joins compared to one for aluminium. Average time for installation is 30 minutes.

Copper & Stainless

These pipes are normally supplied factory-made to fit the sizing. Installation time is normally 15 minutes per pipe due to the care that has to be exercised to protect the pipe surfaces.
